If for any reason you are not satisfied or feel the item is defective or damaged, we will accept it for an exchange, repair or refund within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.
Each piece of our jewelry is handmade and subject to an intensive quality control process before it is sent to you. We encourage you to inspect the package immediately upon receipt.
Our hand finishes use a variety of techniques to attain our signature Old World look. These distinctive hand finishes have purposeful imperfections in the hammering, as well as the various matte and satin finishes
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com. Please provide your Name, Address, Invoice Number and Reason for Exchange. You will be provided a Return Authorization (RA) number which must be clearly written on package when it is returned. You will responsible for return shipping and associated insurance on the package.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will exchange, repair or refund as directed. If an additional amount is owed, we will contact you to arrange payment. If item(s) returned are deemed not to be in its original condition or altered in any way, we will send back to you and the sale will be final.
No exchanges are offered on items designated as final sale, special orders, custom or engraved items.
